Job Title: Nurse
Tasks and responsibilities
- Maintains a personal presentation that is consistent with the philosophy and goals of Clarity Way
- Completes admission packet upon arrival of each new admission
- Responsible to answer the phone in a professional voice and manner
- Responsible for providing facility tours to approved guests
- Monitor gate and greet approved visitors as they come on-site
- Assesses client's physical and psychological status during intoxication, withdrawal and stabilization. Monitors and documents changes and makes required referrals to physician or emergency services. Provides input regarding clients' needs, performance and progress and assists the interdisciplinary team with assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating plans to meet care needs of clients.
- Provides nursing care such as applying sterile and non-sterile dressings, collecting urine and other biological specimens, and performing skin checks for infections and problems
- Must utilize and abide by Universal Precautions and the use of Personal Protective Equipment, i.e. gloves when handling a potentially contaminated item/person
- Takes and records vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and respiration
- Takes telephone orders from Doctors and transcribes Doctors orders
- Administers and dispenses medication to clients as required, in accordance with established policy
- Monitors client interaction and behavior and provides crisis intervention such as first response to suicide threats and medical emergencies, managing the situations as required
- Completes and maintains related records, reports and documentation such as medication records, progress notes, client files, charting logbooks
- Files treatment notes, assessments, progress notes, outing notes, etc. daily, records on ROS in chronological order
- At start and end of each nursing shift, nurse completes medicine count
- Places purchase orders with external suppliers, receives supplies, checks invoices against orders and goods received, stores and distributes supplies and contacts suppliers
- Performs duties as requested
- Must have current registration and licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Must have current certificates in CPR and First Aid in accordance with licensing requirements.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be ambulatory without assistance.

Job Title: Housekeeper
Tasks and responsibilities

- Plans and implements all activities related to day to day housekeeping needs of facility
- Makes beds
- Cleans bedrooms, common areas and bathrooms each day
- Responsible for laundry services of bed linens and bath towels
- Must utilize Personal Protective Equipment, i.e. gloves, while cleaning potentially contaminated areas and abide by Universal Health Precautions
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Requirement: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be ambulatory without the need for assistance.
Job Title: Counselor/Therapist
Tasks and responsibilities
- Maintains a personal presentation that is consistent with the philosophy and goals of Clarity Way
- Completes Assessment Packet within first five days of client's admission for clients on Lead Counselor caseload – completes bio-psychosocial evaluation within one day of assessment
- Completes Treatment Plan within four days of Assessment
- Completes Treatment Plan Update at least once per 30 days for clients on Lead Counselor caseload or at least once every 15 days for clients whose treatment stay is less than 30 days
- Collaborates with Clinical Team in regard to client care
- Runs group therapy sessions
- Conducts individual therapy
- Completes progress notes on all individual and group therapy sessions and hands in to nursing staff
- Submits documentation for each day by end of following day
- Complies with due dates for chart audit sheets
- Participates in weekly Multi-Disciplinary treatment team meetings
- Responsible for meeting the patient care standards as established by licensing, accrediting and other agencies
- Monitors patients in the community during assigned work shifts
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of a B.A. from an accredited college with major in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other related field. Counselor must also have one year clinical experience in a health or human services agency or full certification as an Addictions Counselor by a statewide certification body, which is a member of a national certification body.

- Creates and implements marketing strategies
- Designs and utilizes materials such as brochures, Website, direct mail, direct marketing, trade show booth, and news releases
- Attends trade shows/conferences
- Meets with therapist service providers, attorneys, physicians and interventionists to create and maintain referral network
- Responsible for ordering all marketing materials with approval from Operations Director
- Responsible for maintaining referral lists and submitting to Administration
- Must show fiscal responsibility and utilize credit card for work purposes only
- Responsible for submitting travel plans and marketing logs
- Responsible for meeting marketing goals set by administration
- Does not engage in therapy with clients
- Must have a minimum of one year sales experience, ability to assemble and disassemble trade show booth.
