Massage Therapy

One of the reasons our clients find themselves at our center is they have been so busy building their business world they have not learned or taken the time to relax. As part of Clarity Way's program, we teach our clients how to relax both mentally and physically. Our Massage Therapy sessions allow them to experience what it truly means to relax.

Life Purpose Coach

One of the most important aspects of a successful treatment program is a strong sense of knowing who you are and how to make successful choices. The life purpose coach helps clients discover their purpose and vision for their future.

Physical Trainer

Most people who are in active addictive behaviors are not focused on the physical self. There is a disconnect between body and mind. As part of our treatment program, sessions with a trainer are conducted to develop a plan for physical activity. Activity provides physical release and new positive behavior that are all part of the self care approach to our center.

Acupuncturist

Our bodies have a natural self healing ability. The energy that gives us life is the same energy that heals us. The acupuncturist goal is to help clients find physical balance thereby supporting the recovery process.

Nutritionist

Proper nutrition is critical to the long-term well being of our clients. Through our nutrition program we will teach our clients how to take care of their nutritional needs. We create special diets for those who have health issues.

Pilates

Pilates, according to founder Joseph Pilates, is about "the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit." The Pilates principles – centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow – are the key concepts used to integrate body, mind and spirit.

The benefits of a consistent practice include long, lean muscles, a strong, flexible spine, restored postural alignment, improved circulation, and increased range of motion in joints resulting in enhanced strength, mobility, agility and stamina.  Stress, anxiety and tension are reduced. Concentration is improved, an increase in energy is felt and an overall feeling of well-being is achieved.

With the emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment and smooth, flowing movement, practitioners become aware of how the body feels, where it is in space, and how to control its movement. Pilates, practiced by clients at Clarity Way, conditions the body, mind and spirit to be strong, flexible, focused, calm and graceful.

Yoga

Yoga is a practical philosophy and requires no allegiance to a particular system of belief. The word yoga means to join, yoke or unite. It is a philosophy that involves the integration of the physical, mental and spiritual to achieve a sense of well-being.

Yoga consists of yoga postures called asanas that can be done in standing, seated, reclined or inverted positions. Asanas can be done one at a time and held for a period of time or they can be linked together into a sequence that one can move through in a fluid manner timed to the rhythm of the breath. The practice itself can range from very physically active and vigorous to soothing, gentle and restorative. It can be tailored to fit each practitioner taking their individual physical, emotional and spiritual needs into consideration.

A consistent physical yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. It can aid in the healing of a variety of ailments. Various movements within the practice can result in blood saturating, nourishing and cleansing the remotest parts of the body. It provides an opportunity to safely place the body in various stressful positions to teach the mind and body to stay calm and still by focusing on maintaining a smooth, steady, comforting breath.

Yoga increases concentration, stills the mind and promotes a feeling of balance, tranquility and contentment. The emphasis on maintaining a steady, comforting breath throughout the physical practice stimulates the relaxation response.

The physical practice of Yoga can be used to help the mind and body reach and sustain a state of stillness for spiritual renewal. This time can be used for quiet reflection, prayer or meditation.

IntenSati

IntenSati is a revolutionary cardio workout based on the teachings of mindfulness, positive psychology and the law of attraction. The class combines aerobics, martial arts and positive affirmations. The results are empowering physically and mentally. IntenSati can be practiced at any fitness level.

Meditation

Meditation is a method by which the attention of the mind is drawn back to the present moment by becoming aware of the body and breath. A variety of methods can be used to encourage the mind to stay in the present moment. Various breathing techniques, chanting, focusing on an object, mental visualization, or repeating a mantra or phrase are some of the ways meditation can be performed. The body can be still or moving.

Meditation can ease anxiety, depression, and many other physical and mental health issues. It can increase creativity and productivity and foster a general sense of well-being. The greatest benefit it may offer, however, is freedom from some of the stressful thoughts that occupy the mind. Clients start their mornings with a daily meditation session at our luxury rehab center.
