Understand the treatment facility by asking questions. Learn as much as you can about the facility. The more information you have, the more comfortable you’ll feel. Keep in touch with supportive friends/family. Keep an open mind. You might have preconceived notions about what it’s like to stay in a drug or rehabilitation facility, and these may or may not be accurate.
