A Typical Day

What to Expect During Treatment

We work with each client to create a customized treatment plan addressing their unique issues, interests and beliefs. Throughout treatment, we adjust that plan as a client’s recovery journey evolves. Though treatment plans vary by individual, establishing a predictable routine creates trust and a sense of comfort among our clients.

Our addiction professionals use a wide range of therapeutic approaches throughout the day. During their free time, clients may relax, address personal or work matters, or complete a therapeutic assignment.

On weekends, clients can visit with their families onsite or offsite, as clinically appropriate, and participate in community outings, sober fun and healthy sober living groups. As with weekdays, Saturday and Sunday come to a close with an evening personal inventory or psychoeducation group.

*Individual sessions may include psychoeducation, ancillary services, therapy and other one-on-one services.
